10onTest is an MCQ Test Taking platform designed to help students prepare for government exams. Our services include:

• AI-driven, rule-based personalized test generation based on user weaknesses
• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) practice tests
• Performance analytics and consistency tracking
• Wellness page for mental health and well-being support
• Knowledge games section for interactive learning
• Detailed performance charts and progress monitoring

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (RazorPay, CC-Avenue, and Paytm)

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments due to system errors

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but 10onTest may use anonymized data for improvement purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant 10onTest:

Termination by 10onTest

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@10onTest.com. Upon termination:

• No refunds will be provided for unused services

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
